Meet the Directors.

Founder and Managing Director Iain Fraser-Jones believes in the power of business to create a shared, durable prosperity for all.

Recognising the opportunity for positive change in the cleaning industry Iain realised the most straightforward way to achieve this was to create a business focused on being and driving that change. He started Greenzest in 2011

He prides himself on a real understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these requirements into logical, effective service proposals that maximise value. Iain is a real people’s person who understands what it takes to deliver service excellence.

As the Director at Greenzest for the past six years, I have been dedicated to future-proofing the business, driving strategic growth, financial leadership, and innovation across systems, technology, footfall management, and modern cleaning solutions.

Prior to Greenzest, I spent a decade at Servest as the Managing Director of Retail and Logistics, where I led business growth, financial oversight, operational controls, and revenue optimisation. Before that, I spent six years at Tesco PLC, managing Soft Services Procurement and Services within the Retail and Distribution divisions, with a strong focus on cleaning, catering, and security.

With extensive experience in business development, operational excellence, and financial management, I am committed to shaping agile, forward-thinking strategies that drive success in an evolving industry landscape.
